In life, we need balance in many ways. One important way is our physical balance, which helps us to move and carry out physical tasks throughout the day. This presentation offers insight and exercises for maintaining and improving physical balance. We’ll also discuss ideas for preventing falls. All ability levels are welcome! Exercise modifications will be shared. Instructor Marisa Cuneo-Linsly has been in the fitness industry for 40 years.
