Membership gives you the voting rights to have a say in decisions affecting the neighborhood. Becoming a member is free and easy. The only requirement is that you live, own property or own a business here.
Residential Members are people of voting age whose primary residence is within the neighborhood who can produce upon request a Minnesota driver’s license, Minnesota identification card, or some form of residency verification to show you live in the neighborhood.
Business, Property and Institutional Members are any one representative of a property, institution, or business owned or operated within the neighborhood who can produce upon request proof of representation of the property, institution or business.
Individuals who meet the above voting membership criteria, but lack the required documentation may vote at association meetings if another member with required documentation vouches for them.
