NIEBNA.VISION is a community engagement initiative focused on the development of an urban design plan intended to help guide the future use and beautification of shared spaces located throughout the Nicollet Island East Bank neighborhood. To facilitate the project, NIEBNA has partnered with local landscape architecture firm, Urban Ecosystems.

NIEBNA.VISION was developed to further realize the goals of the Nicollet Island-East Bank neighborhood's Small Area Plan, empower its residents and business owners, and strengthen its economy.

Engagement Milestones (through November 2023)

• organized FOUR in-person, targeted engagement events
• participated in TWO neighborhood-wide events
• represented by FOUR prominent news outlets
• captured over 1,000 unique visitors and over 2,000 page views on project's website
